As a personal and athletic trainer, I have worked with people in various contexts: children and teenagers, as well as parents and grandparents.
I coach elite athletes who are among the best in their discipline, just as I do complete beginners who were always the last to be picked for the dodgeball team in school.

The simple answer is: YES. Together, we will create a training plan and frequency that you can realistically integrate into your daily routine.
There is no minimum fitness level required. You can be a complete beginner that never exercised before. What I expect from you is openness and a willingness to collaborate, as well as a genuine commitment to letting go of old habits and integrating new ones into your life
The minimum commitment when starting is 12 weeks. Experience has shown that this is the minimum time needed to achieve meaningful results. After that, we’ll sit down and discuss how to proceed. Everything is possible, from monthly cancelable subscriptions to yearly subscriptions. Usually, clients work at least six months with me.
Usually, the price range for new clients is between 4,000-7,200 dkk per 4-week-cycle. The free introductory consultation is meant to create a personalized plan for you, based on your schedule and daily life. Only once I know exactly what your plan will look like can I determine the time and financial investment needed from you to implement the plan together with me.
